The Dankz name lets you know that every piece of furniture we sell has been made to the highest
quality.

To offer you further peace of mind, we also include the Dankz Furniture Warranty with every piece
of furniture we sell.
The warranty naturally relates to normal usage of the furniture you’ve chosen and is offered on the
understanding that you’ve made every effort to maintain it in good condition (Don’t worry we’ve got
lots of handy aftercare tips and info to help you do just that)
The warranty [period commences from the date you receive the furniture.

Australian Made Lounge Furniture
All internal wooden frames are covered for the life of the lounge which we consider to be 15
years(for the original purchaser only)
Foam is covered from manufacturing faults for a period of 10 years
All other components are covered for a period of 2 years.

International Platinum Range Lounge Furniture
All internal wooden frames are covered for a period of 5 years ( for the original purchaser only)
All other components are covered for a period of 2 years
Normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty

All other Furniture
Carries a 1 year warranty

A note about normal wear and tear The following may occur as a result of normal usage
Leather is a natural product that gives furniture character, in is normal for leather
To exhibit scars and stretch overtime. It is important to use leather maintenance kits
regularly.
Foam/Feather fillings and suspension softening over time, especially in the initial usage.

Damage caused by spills, dye transfer, corrosive materials, ink, paint and perspiration.

Damage caused by improper cleaning, cuts from sharp objects, burns, general negligence,
and exposure to sun or heat.

Making a claim

In the unlikely event that you need to make a claim under the Dankz furniture warranty
Simply email [email protected] with your purchase details and a photo of the entire piece
Of furniture. Please allow 5-7 working days for us to respond.

Please remember that we reserve the right to fully assess the furniture should you make a claim.’

Under consumer law, minor issues Dankz will choose the best remedy for the situation. In regards to
a major failure we follow all consumer law.

If it becomes necessary to return the furniture for repair, the goods will need to be returned to the
place of purchase or other location as directed. If the goods were picked up then the responsibility
to return to Dankz falls upon the purchaser. If the goods were delivered in the metro area by Dankz,
Dankz will cover the transport costs for the first 12 months. After 12 months the responsibility and
cost lies with the purchaser. Dankz does not contribute to the cost of any transport costs outside of
the metro area.
