CANCELLING AN ORDER
We do not accept cancellations as a general rule, however you can discuss other options like re-selecting a same value product. (Prior to goods being collected/ delivered)
Please choose all furniture items carefully as we are unable to provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or purchased an unsuitable product. We recommend you carefully view all furniture items in store to ensure they are suitable.
All orders must be taken within 21 days from when goods arrive into stock.

Dankz Furniture offer a strict maximum 3 month layby on most full priced furniture store items, excluding advertised specials and discontinued items. Minimum 25% deposit to be paid at time of purchase, and regular monthly payments are to be made. All laybys automatically expire after 4 months from the date of purchase. All laybys must be scheduled for delivery (booked at least 7 days in advance of delivery date) or collection prior to this date. Goods are not always held in stock so communication well before required is essential.
If conditions of layby are not adhered to Dankz Furniture reserve the right to cancel layby.
A refund can be issued less a termination/ cancellation fee of a minimum of 25%. This termination/ cancellation fee is dependant on a number of factors and will be determined by Dankz Furniture at the time of cancellation and is final.
We are unable to layby accessories, home wares, sale furniture or ex display furniture models.

Dankz will always endeavour to satisfy its clients so most items can be exchanged for another item of the same value or a store credit issued if order is paid in full- less costs incurred such as transport. Items must be in unused, and in original condition. The original Dankz Furniture store receipt must be presented. Unfortunately we are unable to offer any exchange/return on sale home wares.
