Delivery Information

We use specially approved contract delivery partners to ensure we offer you the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. Specific times can not be promised, we can however try to offer a 4 hour window with a phone call on the way if required to meet our drivers.

Furniture items are delivered by our home delivery partner, Monday to Friday, 6.30am - 5.00pm. While we can deliver to most locations in Western Australia, there are currently a few locations we do not offer purchase or delivery for large items to. We do not deliver outside WA.


It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture you have purchased can be delivered to your home (and will fit through the door!).


Extra large deliveries


Deliveries over 4 cubic metres may incur additional charges. If you think your order may be an extra large delivery, please contact our head office.


Delivery times


Delivery times vary by stock availability and by postcode. On placing your order, you will be contacted by head office to discuss the delivery options. 


Delivery tracking

To get an update on your furniture delivery please call and quote your order number. 


Storage & missed deliveries


Please note: If you miss your furniture delivery, you will be charged a redelivery fee.  We always call prior to your delivery date to ensure you will be available to receive the item, so if you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know.


You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available for delivery. If you fail to do so, Dankz may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week and/or cancel your order.
